pVerify is a great help as you transition cases into Stride!
Once your data transfer has completed, use pVerify to add insurance details to the patient's charts and appointments including:
- Patient copays or coinsurance
- Deductibles
- KX modifiers (for Medicare)
To begin, go to patient chart and select Insurance Details. Then, click “Verify” to run verification of benefit benefits.
Once this process is complete, the insurance benefits will be uploaded into the patient chart (left), and payment prompts will be included for each scheduled appointment (right).
Important pVerify details:

- Most, but not all, payers are available through pVerify
- pVerify provides the information they receive from the payers.
- Reach out to support@stridethera.com with any of the following:
- Payers that are not available
- New Payers to your organization (Stride will reach out to pVerify to link the new payer)
- OR with any discrepancies noted with verifications from pVerify compared to your prior verification system. Stride support team will work with pVerify to ensure correct benefits are received
- For cash pay patients, set the patient’s case to “Cash Pay” and confirm the rates for evaluation and follow-up populate correctly. These are set in Settings by a Super User of your Organization
