Patients who have credit balances from a previous EMR will need their credits from their account manually added into Stride.
Steps to follow:
From the Patient's Chart, click "More".
On the left sidebar, select "Payments Methods". Click the "+" button on Credit Balance
Next, Select the location and enter the amount of the credit balance.
Since this is an existing credit, select "Rollover" so no transaction is recorded (i.e. no money changed hands).
Click "Next".
The credit balance is now added to the patient chart and can then be used when collecting for charges created within Stride!
