Note: This article applies to clients who are coming to Stride from any EMR other than WebPT. Below you will find a list of things that are commonly provided to us from a manual EMR export. Additionally, you will find a list of details that are not provided to us from any EMR system, and must be entered in manually during Admin Launch Week.
Please remember that we will load in all of the information that is provided to us from your previous EMR system. Specific patient details that are provided from the file export can vary based on which EMR you are coming from.
Items Commonly Provided In A Manual Data Export:
- Patient demographics
- Payers
- Physicians
Latest Files: When clients choose the manual data process, we try to obtain the files as close to Admin Launch Week as possible to ensure we capture the most patient data that we can. Any new patients added to your previous EMR system after the data is downloaded will need to be added manually in Stride.
