Similar to the Cumulative Referral Source report, this report displays each referral source’s data broken down over the last 180 days in 30-day increments.
This report includes the following columns, all of which can be sorted by ascending or descending order:
Referral Source: the applicable referral source (these will match the answers to “How did you hear about us?” on your intake forms)
0-30 Days: how many times this referral source was selected in the past 0-30 days
30-60 Days: how many times this referral source was selected in the past 30-60 days
60-90 Days: how many times this referral source was selected in the past 60-90 days
90-120 Days: how many times this referral source was selected in the past 90-120 days
120-150 Days: how many times this referral source was selected in the past 120-150 days
150-180 Days: how many times this referral source was selected in the past 150-180 days
All Time: how many times this referral source was selected across all date ranges
This report can be exported as a CSV file by clicking the ‘download’ icon in the top right corner.
