This report displays each referral source’s data broken down over the last year, as well as all time since being in Stride. This will show you how many times patients have listed each referral source within the past year, and over all date ranges.
This report includes the following columns, all of which can be sorted by ascending or descending order:
Referral Source: the applicable referral source (these will match the answers to “How did you hear about us?” on your intake forms)
Last Month: how many times this referral source was selected in the past month
Last 2 Months: how many times this referral source was selected in the past 2 months
Last 3 Months: how many times this referral source was selected in the past 3 months
Last 6 Months: how many times this referral source was selected in the past 6 months
Last Year: how many times this referral source was selected in the past year
All Time: how many times this referral source was selected across all date ranges
This report can be exported as a CSV file by clicking the ‘download’ icon in the top right corner.
