This report lists all notes that have been created in Stride, but have not yet been signed. The notes in the Draft Notes report will correspond with the applicable therapist’s “Sign Note” Dashboard alerts.
This report includes the following columns, all of which can be filtered:
Created by: the clinician that started the draft note
Type: the note type (Initial Evaluation, Daily, Progress, etc)
Patient: the patient associated with the draft note
Case: the case associated with the draft note
Date Created: the date the draft note was created
Visit Date: the date of service associated with the draft note
Location: the practice location associated with the draft note
This report can be exported as a CSV file by clicking the ‘download’ icon in the top right corner.
