This report lists all checked-in appointments that have not had a note created. The notes in the Missing Notes report will correspond with the applicable therapist’s “Missing Note” Dashboard alerts.
This report includes the following columns, all of which can be filtered:
Date: the date of service
Patient: the patient associated with the appointment
Case: the case associated with the appointment
Type: the appointment type (Initial Evaluation, Follow-Up, Progress Note, etc)
Clinician: the clinician with whom the appointment is scheduled
Location: the practice location where the appointment is scheduled
This report can be exported as a CSV file by clicking the ‘download’ icon in the top right corner.
