This feature only applies to clients who have chosen to participate in our inbound faxing feature through Stride's integration with Documo. This feature is no additional cost to Stride Clients.

FAQ: Now that I have Stride inbound Faxing set up, do I complete fax out of Stride or through Documo?
Answer: Our recommendation is to consistently fax documents from within Stride itself. This allows for the history to be tracked within the Sent Faxes Report within Stride. Fax History can also be found within the patient chart, in the three dot menu to the right of the document name (eFax History).
FAQ: What if I need to fax multiple documents at one time?
Answer: To fax multiple documents together - you can either:
- Merge the individual files into a single file on your computers and save as a new file in the patient chart. Then, complete the fax process in Stride as described above.
- Documo can be utilized to fax out multi-page PDF's, but the history of faxes sent out from Documo will only appear within the Documo 'history' section, it will not communicate back to Stride. If you need to utilize this process, it is best practice to scan the successful fax into files section of stride, so you have record or use the case notes to document that the fax was sent out.
