Stride has a Chat feature that serves as a helpful communication and efficiency tool during day to day clinic operations. The Chat feature allows you to create different channels for groups within your organization so you can easily communicate with teammembers throughout the day.
Chat can be found in the top toolbar and is circled in green in the example below:
Once you click into the Chat Tab, you can create Channels that include multiple team members, or direct messages to one specific Stride user.
If a user has a new message inside of Chat, a red dot will appear over the Chat icon as an indicator of a new message.
Note: Once a user is deactivated in Stride, their name will remain Chat history and in the Channels they were apart of. Rest assured, they will no longer have access as long as they are deactivated.
