This report breaks down billing statistics by payer, and can be grouped by Payer Group, Payer Type, or Payer Name. The default view shows records from the Last 30 days, but the date range can be adjusted to either the Last 7 days, the Last 90 days, or a custom date range.
This report includes the following columns:
Payer Group / Payer Name / Payer Type: the applicable payer group, name, or type
Average Units: the average number of units billed
# Init Evals: the total number of Initial Evaluations
# Visits: the total number of visits
Units Billed: the total number of units billed
% Total Units: the percentage of total units made up by the particular Payer Group / Payer Name / Payer Type
This report can be exported as a CSV file by clicking on the ‘download’ icon in the top right corner.
