This report will list every patient created in Stride within the specified date range. The default view shows the last 30 days, but this date range can be adjusted as desired.
This report includes the following columns, all of which can be filtered:
Created Date: the date the patient was created in Stride
Name: the patient’s name
Date of Birth: the patient’s date of birth
Age: the patient’s current age
Gender: the patient’s gender
Payers: the patient’s insurance(s) across all cases
Referring Providers: the patient’s referring provider(s) across all cases
This report can be exported as a CSV file by clicking the ‘download’ icon in the top right corner.
