This report is designed to identify patients who have no future appointments scheduled in Stride and may need to be either rescheduled or discharged. This report includes cancelled and no-show appointments, so it will display patients with future appointments if those appointments have been cancelled.
Please note that this report pulls information by case, so patients may populate more than once if they have several cases with no future appointments. A patient will also appear in this report if they have multiple cases, but one or more has no future appointments scheduled.
This report includes the following columns, all of which can be filtered:
Patient: the patient name
Case: the case with no future appointments
Last Seen At: the clinic location of the patient’s last checked-in appointment
Last Seen By: the clinician associated with the patient’s last checked-in appointment
Days Since Last Seen: the number of calendar days since the patient’s last checked-in appointment
Date Last Seen: the date of the patient’s last checked-in appointment
Days Since Last Scheduled Appt: the number of calendar days since the patient’s last scheduled appointment
Last Scheduled Appt: the date of the patient’s last scheduled appointment
This report can be exported as a CSV file by clicking the ‘download’ icon in the top right corner.
