This report provides visibility into the number of referrals per Referring MD in Stride. The default view shows data across all locations, but this can be filtered to show referral insights for individual practice locations.
This report includes the following columns:
Provider Name: the Referring MD’s name
Provider NPI: the Referring MD’s NPI
Last Referral: the date of the MD’s last referral
Last Month: the number of referrals in the last month
Last 2 Months: the number of referrals in the last 2 months
Last 3 Months: the number of referrals in the last 3 months
Last 6 Months: the number of referrals in the last 6 months
Last Year: the number of referrals in the last year
All Time: the total number of referrals
This report can be exported as a CSV file by clicking the ‘download’ icon in the top right corner.
