Flowsheet best practices
The flowsheet is designed to streamline writing notes and billing. Select the codes you want to include on your flowsheet and add dates and treatments based on appointments.
The flowsheet for a date of service will appear on the note report of the same date, if the flowsheet data was entered prior to locking the note.
The codes and time entered on the flowsheet will be carried to the Billing section of the note to automate the charges.

To create placeholders in your key phrase to update, insert @@. The system will check that all instances of @@ are removed before the therapist can sign the note.

Prefilled templates: loading
To use a prefilled template you can either load one during the note creation process in step 3 or while writing a note.
Loading a prefilled template will only update sections that do not have any information entered so nothing is overwritten and lost.

Prefilled templates: managing
Prefilled templates can be managed in Settings under Prefilled Templates.
Clicking on the template name will bring you to the saved template. If the template needs to be updated, you can create an amended note, make the changes, then lock and save the template.
You can edit the name of a prefilled template or delete one by clicking on the 3-dot menu.

Custom Templates
You can customize which sections are shown or hidden on your base note templates. You can also create new base template versions using an existing template and then edit it to have fewer note sections than the original. For example, you can create a new template such as “Initial Evaluation - Knee” using the existing “Initial Evaluation” template and configure it to only include the relevant subjective and objective components you want to capture on the knee.
