Go to Settings > Payer.
To review/update settings for a payer, go into your payers here: and then click the three dots to the right of the payer you wish to change.
Select "edit" and then go to the "compliance and billing rules" tab. Here, you can set the alerts to active or inactive, as well as set the appropriate count to prompt the clinicians when they are writing their note.
The “Required” section is a hard warning, meaning that if it is set to “Yes,” then the Clinicians will be forced to complete the Recertification and/or the PGN when they are within the set time frame. If set to "No" the clinicians will receive the alert, but will be able to bypass the Recertification and/or PGN.
