On the Case Summary click on the link for 'No Provider'. This will open the Provider Lookup where you can search for a provider by typing their first or last name.
If the search yields no results, you can click '+Add Provider'.
Next, you will arrive at the following screen.
- Providers saved with their NPI into Stride will be searchable. (Recommended)
- Providers can be manually added without their NPI, but will not be searchable.
If you wish to add the NPI to Stride (recommended), you can utilize the NPI Registry lookup link to search for the providers NPI information.
Enter in First Name, Last Name and then click Search.
A list of providers will populate, and you need to select the correct provider by reviewing the addresses.
Once the provider has been selected and you have clicked their name, the provider's page will open and you will be able to find the NPI number for that specific provider.
Highlight, copy, and paste into Stride.
Once a provider has been added following these steps, they now are searchable within Stride for your practice.
