To adjust a therapist's availability on days they are typically unavailable—or to block their calendar for an extended period—you can use the Date Override feature within the Schedule settings.

SuperUsers: Navigate to Settings > Staff

Therapists: Go to Account Settings > Schedule
Under Date Overrides, click "Add date override +".
To mark a therapist as unavailable, enter the Start Date and End Date, set the hours to "Unavailable", and click Add.
To make a therapist available, enter the Start Date and End Date, specify the Hours of Availability, and click Add.
