For Temp Licensed PTs, OR Non Credentialed PTs, you can set them as a PT in Stride and leave their NPI blank.
This will allow this clinician to get credit in the PT Billing Report for the visits and Units, regardless of note type (Eval note type, vs. non eval note type).
Note Finalization Process:
When this clinician attempts to Finalize the Note, they will they only have the option to Request Cosignature. From the drop down menu, they will have the option to select a specific therapist to as the Rendering Clinician.
The Rendering clinician will be sent a Dashboard Alert to indicate that they have a Cosignature request.
Once the Requested/Rendering clinician completes the Note Finalization Process both signatures show up on the PDF version of the Note but only the Rendering Clinician shows up on the Claim as the Rendering Provider.
Within the PT Billing Report, this session will be credited to the PT who originally completed the note and treatment session, and requested Cosingature.
