Initial Set up

Press the Circle button at the bottom to get to the Home Screen and click Settings

If prompted to enter a password, enter “1234”

Select WLAN

Using the Terminal with Stride

If you are on the Home Screen, press Aura app to begin collecting payment


 

That should bring you to the Spin screen.

The terminal must state “POS Online” to receive the information from Stride

To process a terminal payment, create a payment in Stride and select Terminal

Once sent to the terminal the POS Online screen will update to show the amount owed

 

Using the Terminal outside of Stride

If you want to accept payment from individuals who are not patients and do not have charts in Stride, use the steps below:

Log into Stax from Stride. You must have Payment Administrator access turned on and select “Take Payment”. Your Practice Admin must enable this for you.

  • The single-sign on (SSO) link to Stax is located under Account in Stride. Click your initials in the top right (e.g. “JD”) > Account > scroll to Stax and click to log in.
  • If you do not see the link it is because you do not have Payment Administrator enabled

Select “Send to Terminal”. The terminal must state “POS Online” to receive the information
