For Non-Stax Clients:
- Take the payment via your CC processor
- Post the EOB manually, just like a paper remittance
For Stax Integrated Clients:
- Take the payment via the Stax Portal

You can single sign-on into Stax’s portal from Stride by going to Account > Stax > Go to Stax
- Please refer to this article for more information: Accessing Stax Portal from Stride
- Note: in Settings, your user on the Staff page must have the Payment Administrator role enabled

Click 'Customers' on the left tool bar
- Add the payer as a customer and be sure to enter the correct billing address and zip code, which should be listed on the instructions with the credit card info
- Click the '+' icon in the top right corner > Take Payment
- Enter in the Customer and Card Details > Charge
- Post the EOB manually, just like a paper remittance.
