Patient tags with customized notes now display a red dot in the top-right corner to indicate that a note is present. This indicator will appear wherever the tag is displayed, as long as a custom note exists.
To view the custom note, you can either:
- Hover over the tag, or
- Single-click the tag, then select "Details & Notes"

Custom patient notes can be added to a tag during the creation or editing process.
