Announcements & Notifications help keep you informed about important updates directly within Stride.
Announcements may appear as a banner at the top of your screen, while all active and past messages can be accessed through the Notifications center.
Viewing Announcements
When an announcement is published, it will appear as a banner at the top of your Stride screen.
To dismiss the banner, click the X in the announcement.
*Note: Dismissing a banner removes it from your screen but does not delete the announcement.
Accessing Notifications
To view announcement details and notification history:
- Locate Notifications above Quick Actions in the lower-left corner of Stride.
- Click Notifications - See pop out of all announements
- Click View all to see full details on all Active & Past Announcements
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What happens if I close an announcement?
A: Closing an announcement removes the banner from the top of your screen. You can still access the announcement later through Notifications.
Q: Where can I find older announcements?
A: All previous announcements are stored in Notifications under Past Announcements.
Q: Will I still see new announcements after closing one?
A: Yes. Closing an announcement only dismisses that specific banner. New announcements will continue to appear when published.
