The KPI Dashboard is designed to provide leadership and administrative teams with a centralized view to quickly monitor key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make more informed operational decisions. Access to the KPI Dashboard is limited to Site Administrators.
The KPI Dashboard can be viewed by selecting the graph bar icon in the top right corner and is organized in the following areas:
- Revenue
- Patient Volume & Flow
- Operational Efficiency
- CPT Code Use & Reimbursement
- Referral & Marketing Insights
- Patient Satisfaction
Filters can be applied easily to look at the practice as a whole, or drill down to a specific location, clinician, and specific date range.
AI Insights is available to offer you a quick summary of your entire Dashboard.
Best practice is to review this dashboard regularly so your team can catch issues early and respond quickly.
Note: The KPI Dashboard uses data from the previous six months to generate metrics. If your site has been live for less than six months, some graphs and dashboard metrics may not be available until sufficient data has been collected.
