Claims in any status can now be marked as “On Hold”. This feature can be used as an organizational tool to mark claims that will not be actioned on for a period of time.
A held claim will present on the claims table with a yellow square information icon. When you hover over the icon, you will see a hold reason and description:
A hold can be added or removed from a claim in bulk or individually. There is a preset configurable list of hold reasons such as “Waiting For Review”, “Resubmitted Externally”, and “Pending Appeal”. In addition you can add custom text to the Hold Details text box.
On each claims table you can filter for just the “On Hold” or “Ready” claims using the new external table dropdown:
There is a tab that shows you all of your held claims across the different buckets in Stride.
If you try to take action on a held claim, the system will inform you of the held claim and skip over it when performing the bulk action.
