For patients who did not submit their intake at home you can pull up their intake to complete on a device in your office such as a laptop or tablet.
Go to the Patient Case. Under PATIENT INTAKE, click INTAKE OPTIONS.
Next, click GENERATE CODE.
Once GENERATE CODE has been clicked, the following pop-up will be delivered which will be utilized on the in-office device.
These code stay active for 5 minutes to protect the security of the information.
To use in office device, please remember, this device needs to be something specific for in office intake, it cannot be logged into Stride as a user.
You will need the unique url we develop for your practice, specifically for in-office intakes. Bookmark this url. If your practice does not have an in-office intake link, please reach out to Stride at support@stridethera.com.
On the in office device, the patient will need to enter a Public Code and the Access Code.
This link can be used for patients who have NOT even began an intake, and also for those who have started intakes that they have been sent, but not completed.
All intakes will save any progress made by the patient so they can pick up right where they left off.
Once complete, the following pop-up will be delivered:
To use the device again, click START A NEW INTAKE.
