You can now update the Intake Template for a patient even after it’s been selected and sent — as long as the patient hasn’t submitted their intake yet.
The patient Intake Template can be changed within the case drawer.
If the Intake has been started by the patient, but not yet submitted, you will be able to change the Intake template however, you will receive the following warning in the Case drawer:
Note: If the patient has already started filling out their intake, changing the template may result in data loss for any fields that are not included in the new template.
If the intake has already been submitted by the patient, the Intake Template field will be greyed out and can no longer be changed.
