Stax Portal / Fee Statements
You can single sign-on into Stax’s portal from Stride.
- Select your initials in the top right corner > Account
- Stax > Go to Stax

Under Reports you can review various reports Stax produces, including Fee Statements. You can also review any Credit Card disputes under the "Disputes" tab. Additionally, if a payment was taken from within Stride for a Credit Balance, a refund can be issued to the original form of payment from within the portal by searching for the patient's name under "Payments." Note: to single sign-on from Stride into Stax the user must have Payment Administrator turned on.
