You can create and save templates of initial evaluation and other note types to use with future patients. You can create templates for any use case - body part, payers, diagnoses, etc.
Create a prefilled template:
- Go to the patient named “Prefilled Templates”
- Start a new case and start a new eval
- Complete the eval with all the information that you would like to be saved in the template, include a flowsheet if you want to load a SOAP note and flowsheet together
- Lock then note, click the 3-dot menu, click Save as Template, and name it
