Waitlist Settings: Settings can be adjusted from within your PRM Suite.
Descriptions of each setting can be found by hovering over the info icon next to each setting within the suite: and also below:
Confirmation Type: Indicate if you would like the patient to be able to schedule independently via text or email, or if they should be required to call the office to schedule when a slot is offered to them. Options include: Auto Confirm, Pending Confirmation, Call to Book.
Default Delivery Type: Decide if patients should be notified by email, SMS, or both - this is based on their communication preference
Advanced Appointment Days: Configure how many days in advance to send the booking offer (e.g., 1 day, 2 days, etc.)
Group Size: Set the maximum number of patients to include in each offer group (e.g., 1, 2, 3, 4, 5...).
Time Delay Between Groups: Define the waiting period (e.g., 15 minutes, 30 minutes, etc.) before sending the appointment offer to the next group of patients if the slot remains unfilled.
Stop Prior to Appt. Start Time: Define the time prior to an open time slot (e.g., 1 hour, 2 hours, etc.) for the system to NOT offer an open time slot once it becomes available
Custom Unavailable Appointment Message: Free text input for the practice to include a custom message when a patient clicks the link to book but the time slot is no longer available
Wait Time for New Appointment Opportunity: Define the waiting period (e.g., 15 minutes, 30 minutes, etc.) before sending the appointment offer to the first group of patients after an appointment is cancelled.
Begin Time for Notifications: Don’t send emails/texts before begin time (e.g. 8:00 AM)
End Time for Notifications: Don’t send emails/texts after end time (e.g. 7:00 PM)
Appointment Booking Cutoff: Define the number of minutes before the start time of an open slot that a patient is still able to book it.
Remove from Waitlist: Should the waitlist item be automatically removed if a patient books through intelligent waitlist
