Intelligent Waitlist Set up:
Once your DNS is configured, we need to make the Intelligent Waitlist live in your site. You will need to complete the following steps which are crucial to getting the Intelligent Waitlist operational in your site:
1. Waitlist Settings: Settings can be adjusted from within your PRM Suite.

2. Intelligent Waitlist Opt In/Out - Inside of Settings > Staff please use the toggle to appropriately opt clinicians in or out of the Intelligent Waitlist search. For clinicians who opt out, the Intelligent Waitlist will not search or fill their schedule. The default setting is OFF.
Once these two steps are complete please notify us at support@stridethera.com so that our team can complete a test within your site. Once the test is complete, we will make your Intelligent Waitlist LIVE and send you notification.
Once the Intelligent Waitlist is live, you will gain access to the Waitlist Reports in your Reporting tab. here you will find information on opportunities, send history, and utilization.
*DNS configuration must be complete prior to Intelligent Waitlist being able to be tested and turned on for your site.
