This report shows average units, reimbursement, and CPT codes broken down by visit for each therapist. The default view sets the date range to the Last 30 days, and groups the report by Clinician and All Locations. The date range can be adjusted as desired, and the report can also be grouped by Location. When grouped by Clinician, the Location field can be filtered to show all locations, or individual locations.
This report includes the following columns:
Clinician / Location: this will depend on how the report has been grouped
Total Visits: the total number of billed visits
Paid Visits: the total number of paid visits
Avg Units: the average number of units billed per visit
Avg Reimb: the average amount reimbursed by insurance per visit
Avg. 97110: the average number of 97110 units billed per visit
97110/Unit: the average reimbursement per 97110 unit
Avg 97112: the average number of 97112 units billed per visit
97112/Unit: the average reimbursement per 97112 unit
Avg 97140: the average number of 97140 units billed per visit
97140/Unit: the average reimbursement per 97140 unit
Avg 97530: the average number of 97530 units billed per visit
97530/Unit: the average reimbursement per 97530 unit
Total amounts are displayed in a row at the very bottom of the report.
