This report will list all claims that have had notes added. Within the claim, this can be found under the Notes tab to the very right. All existing notes will be visible here, and can be edited by clicking the ‘edit’ (pencil) icon. New notes can be added by clicking the + icon in the top right.
This report includes the following columns:
Date of Service: the date of service associated with the claim
Note: the note comments
Note Created Date: the date the note was created
Note Created By: the user that created the note
Patient: the patient associated with the claim
Practice Location: the practice location associated with the claim
Last Bill Date: the date the claim was last sent out to the payer
Status: the current status of the claim (pending payer, pending patient, zero balance, etc)
Sequence: the current payer (primary, secondary, patient, etc)
Primary Insurance: the primary insurance listed on the claim
Secondary Insurance: the secondary insurance listed on the claim
Note Last Modified Date: the date the note was last edited
Note Last Modified By: the user to edit the note most recently
This report can be exported as a CSV file by clicking the ‘download’ icon in the top right corner.
