To view paid claims we recommend utilizing the All Claims Report, which can found under Reporting > Claims > All Claims.
Zero Balance Claims
To view claims that are have been paid by both insurance and/or patient and are closed, you can filter the status of these claims to only show Zero Balance claims.
To filter, hover over the Status column and select the 3 dots that appear > Filter.
Set filter as Status = Zero Balance
*Please note that this report will default to show ALL claims within the last 90 days. To adjust your date range, select the drop down in the top right corner.
Insurance Paid Claims
To find any claims that have been paid on by insurance, you filter the Insurance Paid column.
To filter, hover over the Insurance Paid column and select the 3 dots that appear > Filter.
Set filter as Insurance Paid >= 1.
