CREATE PACKAGE:
To Create a Package Go to Settings > Packages. Use the + in the top Right corner to create a new package.
Enter the following information:
- Package Name
- Duration (Days/Months)
- Visits
- Price per visit
Click SAVE.
APPLY TO PT CASE:
To apply a package to a patient case, select 'MORE' inside the patient chart.
Then, click 'Payment Methods'.
Click 'Add New Package' and fill in start and end date, location. You will need to enter card and payment method.
Next, select 'Package' Payment Type from the drop down menu. Note: your practice may have multiple Package options.
The number of visits will be tracked in the patient chart.
