Stride has a credit balance report that contains every patient that has a non-zero credit balance.
This report shows you the patient, their latest appointment, their credit balance, and (if you are a Stride Integrated Billing customer) the number of open claims they have. These metrics can help you make a decision on whether you should refund the patient or not.
For Stride Integrated Billing customers, this report can be found under the Claims section
For Non-Stride Billing customers, this report can be found under the Patient Charges section
