The All Claims Report is a filterable and downloadable report of all claims in the system. It has additional dates to filter on such as:
- Submitted Date: Date the claim was first submitted to insurance
- Closed Date: Date the claim posted to Zero Balance
This report lists all claims created in Stride. The default view is set to the last 90 days, but this date range can be adjusted as needed.
This report includes the following columns, all of which can be filtered:
DOS: the date of service associated with the claim
Submitted At: the date the claim was submitted to the payer
Closed Date: the date the claim was put into a zero balance
Patient: the patient associated with the claim
Status: the claim’s current status (this will correlate with which bucket the claim can be found under within the Claims tab)
Sequence: the current payer (primary, secondary, patient, etc)
Location: the clinic location associated with the claim
Primary Insurance: the primary insurance associated with the claim
Secondary Insurance: the secondary insurance associated with the claim
Charge: the total charge amount
Ins. Paid: the amount paid by insurance
Patient Paid: the amount paid by the patient
Remaining: the remaining balance on the claim
When downloaded, this report also includes the following columns:
Patient ID: the ID of the patient
Total Units: the total number of units billed out on the claim
Applied Amount: the amount of applied adjustments
