Note Finalization: Auto E-Fax

For notes that need to be sent to a referring provider for signature, make sure to select Auto E-fax POC during the Note finalization process. Clinicians will likely want to complete this process for Initial Evaluations, Progress Notes, Re-evaluations, and Discharge summaries however, you should consult Site Admin regarding which documents need to be e-faxed. 

• • Initial Evaluations and Re-Evaluations are automatically flagged as POC. 
  • Clinicians can choose to turn Progress Notes, Transitional Progress Notes and Discharge Summaries into POCs during the Note Finalization process, as appropriate.
