Missing and Draft Notes can be tracked in the Reporting Tab of Stride. In Stride, Missing and Draft Notes are defined as:
MISSING NOTE: Any past appointment on your schedule that lacks either 1. A Signed Note or 2. Status of either Canceled, Late Cancelled, or No Show.
DRAFT NOTE: Any note initiated by a clinician, regardless of appointment status.
DASHBOARD ALERTS:
Clinicians will also see alerts for Missing and Draft Notes in the DOCUMENTS Tab on their DASHBOARD. Dashboard Alerts will update overnight, so any missing notes or draft notes from today, will show up tomorrow.
DISMISSAL OF ALERTS: If the Alert is Dismissed by the user, through the 3 dot menu to the Right, the alert will disappear from the Dashboard. Once dismissed, the alert will reappear after 12 hours if it remains unresolved. To prevent the alert from returning to the dashboard, a user would need to dismiss the alert three times.
*Note - Missing and Draft Note Reports within the Reporting tab will remain accurate and all inclusive, despite dismissals of alerts on the Dashboard.
