View and carryforward Outcome Measure History
You can view and carry forward outcome measure history from within a note.
Any outcome measure that has been completed on a previous date of service will have a history icon next to its name. This icon will only appear for measures that have had a historical value recorded.
Clicking on the history icon will bring up a popup that shows you each instance the outcome measure has been completed on the case.
Click the arrow to see the recorded measure for each date.
Click “View” to see the completed questionnaire.
Finally, click “Use Results” to carry forward the previous questionnaire and result into the current note.
