To configure Appointment Type Cash Rates, you must have Site Admin access. Navigate to Settings > Schedule.
Each Appointment Type includes a Cash Rate and Charge Type column.
First, enter the desired rate in the Cash Rate column. Next, make a selection from the drop down menu in the Charge Type column, and then click SAVE. The amount entered in the Cash Rate column will apply to visits scheduled as that Appointment Type if the Case is set to Cash Pay.
Cash Rates will not apply to visits scheduled for cases with insurance attached.
If a Cash Rate is not configured for an Appointment Type, the site’s default Cash Pay pricing will apply. Default Cash Pay pricing is configured by the Stride team and applied when the case is set as Cash Pay.

To add Appointment Types to your practice, contact support@stridethera.com with the appointment name and whether documentation is required for that visit type. Once added by our team, you can adjust the Duration, Background Color, and Cash Rate & Charge Type.
