Stride can automatically send claims sitting in your Ready to Submit bucket directly to the clearinghouse, helping to ensure claims go out faster and more consistently.

Use the Enabled toggle to switch automatic sending on or off whenever you need to. When it's Disabled, claims stay in the bucket for manual submission. Once you have enabled the setting, pick the approach below that fits your desired billing workflow:
Option 1: Send at specific times
Schedule up to five send times per day (based on your practice's local time), for example 8:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 3:00 PM, and 5:00 PM. Ready claims are gathered up and sent automatically at the next scheduled time.
Review Window: Set a buffer (in minutes) before each send time so your team always has a chance to catch last-minute changes. Any claim that enters the queue — or is edited — within that window is automatically held until the next send time instead of going out immediately.
- Example: With a 15-minute review window, a claim that enters the queue at 7:50 AM skips the 8:00 AM send and goes out at 12:00 PM instead.

Option 2: Delay send after sitting in billing queue
Prefer a rolling approach? Have each claim send automatically after it has waited a set number of minutes in the billing queue. The timer starts when the claim enters the queue or when it was last modified (whichever is later), giving you a consistent buffer for review before anything is submitted.
