Appointments can be deleted using the delete icon, circled in green, in the far right corner of the appointment box. Appointments are not recoverable once deleted.
Once you have clicked the delete icon, you receive the following pop-up where you will be asked to confirm before the appointment is actually deleted.
Appointments that have a payment made OR a note initiated will NOT be able to be deleted. If for some reason, the note and payment were made in error, you must first refund the payment and/or delete the note. Once these steps have been taken, you will be able to delete the appointment.
Once a note has been locked, you will no longer be able to delete the appointment, as this is now part of the permanent medical record.
