This report provides visibility for future appointments that have not yet been marked as ‘Confirmed,’ allowing staff to view which patients may need to be followed up with to ensure attendance.
The To Confirm report defaults to show appointments scheduled on or after today’s date that remain in ‘Unmarked’ status. These Status and Date parameters can be adjusted by selecting the ‘filter’ icon to the right of “Date” in the first column.
This report includes the following columns, all of which can be filtered:
Date: when the report will pull appointments
Start Time: the scheduled start time of the appointment
Patient: the patient associated with the appointment
Case: which case in the patient’s chart is associated with the appointment
Type: Initial Evaluation, Follow-Up, Progress Note, etc.
Insurance: the patient’s primary payer
Payer Type: Commercial, Medicare, Cash-Pay, Worker’s Compensation, etc.
Status: the current status of the appointment (Unmarked, Cancel, etc)
Clinician: the clinician the appointment is scheduled with
Location: which clinic location the appointment is scheduled at
Place of Service: indicates where the appointment is scheduled to take place (Office, Telehealth, etc)
Rescheduled: if the appointment has been rescheduled (applicable to appointments marked as cancel, late cancel, or no show)
This report can be exported as a CSV file by clicking on the ‘download’ icon in the top right corner.
