This report shows all past appointments that have not been changed to a ‘terminal’ status of Checked In, Cancel, Late Cancel, or No Show. This report is especially useful to make sure payment collections are not being missed, as well as to ensure schedule and productivity data are accurate.
This report includes the following columns, all of which can be filtered:
Date: when the report will pull appointments
Start Time: the scheduled start time of the appointment
Patient: the patient associated with the appointment
Case: which case in the patient’s chart is associated with the appointment
Type: Initial Evaluation, Follow-Up, Progress Note, etc.
Insurance: the patient’s primary payer
Payer Type: Commercial, Medicare, Cash-Pay, Worker’s Compensation, etc.
Status: the current status of the appointment (Unmarked, Cancel, etc)
Clinician: the clinician the appointment is scheduled with
Location: which clinic location the appointment is scheduled at
Place of Service: where the appointment is scheduled to take place (Office, Telehealth, etc)
Rescheduled: if the appointment has been rescheduled (applicable to appointments marked as cancel, late cancel, or no show)
