This report provides visibility into each clinician’s schedule statistics. The default view is the last 30 days, but this can also be adjusted in the top right corner to the last 7 days, the last 90 days, or a custom date range.
This report includes the following columns, all of which can be filtered:
Clinician: the clinician whose schedule the following data is pulled from
Signed Notes: the number of notes the clinician has signed
Hours Scheduled: the number of hours taken up by attended (checked-in) appointments
Hours Available: the number of available hours (white blocks) not taken up by scheduled appointments or event blocks
Documented Hours: the number of hours documented as treatment time (sum of all billing code minutes on the notes, divided by 60)

Units: the number of units billed by the clinician
%Productivity: hours scheduled / hours available
%Visits Charged: the percentage of visits for which payment was collected
Visits/Hour: the average number of visits scheduled per hour
Units/Hour: the average number of units billed per hour
Units/Visit: the average number of units billed per visit
Things to Note:
- Attended appointments that extend into Grey blocks ADDS to Available Hours.
- Events extending into Grey blocks DO NOT add to Available Hours.
- Event Block + Appointment Block = Reported as Available Hours.
This report can be exported as a CSV file by clicking on the ‘download’ icon in the top right corner.
