This report pulls appointment statistics for each patient that has been scheduled in Stride. This report defaults to show all patients, but can be filtered by patient name.
The Appointment History report includes the following columns, all of which can be filtered. Please note that these columns each correspond to the individual patient listed in the very left column, and the data pulls from all appointments - across all dates of service and cases.
# Checked In: the number of appointments marked as Checked In
% Checked In: the percentage of checked-in appointments out of the total number of appointments
# No Show: the number of appointments marked as No Show
% No Show: the percentage of no-showed appointments out of the total number of appointments
# Cancel: the number of appointments marked as Cancel
% Cancel: the percentage of cancelled appointments out of the total number of appointments
# Late Cancel: the number of appointments marked as Late Cancel
% Late Cancel: the percentage of late cancelled appointments out of the total number of appointments
# Confirmed: the number of appointments marked as Confirmed
% Confirmed: the percentage of confirmed appointments out of the total number of appointments
# Unmarked: the number of appointments marked as Unmarked
% Unmarked: the percentage of unmarked appointments out of the total number of appointments
Total: the total number of appointments across all dates of service and cases
