For clients utilizing Online Scheduling, this report lists all appointments that have come through your practice’s Online Scheduling site.
This report defaults to show appointments across all dates of service, but this view can be narrowed down to a particular date / date range by filtering the Start Date/Time column.
This report includes the following columns, all of which can be filtered:
Start Date/Time: the scheduled date and start time of the appointment
End Date/Time: the scheduled date and end time of the appointment
Place of Service: where the appointment is scheduled to take place (Office, Telehealth, etc)
Appointment Type: Initial Evaluation, Follow-Up, Progress Note, etc.
Patient: the patient associated with the appointment
Location: which clinic location the appointment is scheduled at
Clinician: the clinician the appointment is scheduled with
Email: the patient’s email address
Phone Number: the patient’s phone number
Status: the status of the appointment (Pending, Approved, or Rejected)
This report can be exported as a CSV file by clicking on the ‘download’ icon in the top right corner.
