This report breaks down the clinic’s productivity, either grouped by Clinician or by Location. Please note that the amounts shown in the productivity report are pulled from the selected date range in the top right. All data shown will only reflect the given date range.
This report includes the following columns, all of which can be filtered:
IEs Scheduled: This metric reflects all Initial Evaluations scheduled on the given provider/location's calendar. This includes canceled or no-showed IEs.
IEs Checked-In: This column shows all Initial Evaluations that have been changed to "Checked-In" status. This will exclude any canceled or no-showed IEs, as well as IEs that have been left as "Unmarked." To track appointments whose status has not been changed, please utilize the Needs Update (Past) report.
All Appointments Scheduled: This metric reflects all patient appointments, including Initial Evaluations, created on the given provider/location's calendar. This includes canceled or no-showed appointments. Event types are not included in this calculation.
All Appointments Checked-In: This column shows all appointments, including Initial Evaluations, that have been changed to "Checked-In" status. This will exclude any canceled or no-showed appointments, as well as appointments that have been left as "Unmarked."
Signed Notes: This metric reflects all notes (with date of service within the report's date range) that have been signed by the given provider/location. To review missing and draft notes, please use the corresponding reports: Reporting > Notes.
Cancels: This column shows all appointments scheduled that have been canceled, including IEs.
No Shows: This metric shows all appointments scheduled that have been no-showed, including IEs.
Late Cancels: This column reflects all appointments scheduled that have been marked as Late Cancel, including IEs.
% No Show: This is the percentage of scheduled appointments that have been marked as No Show
% Canceled: This is the percentage of scheduled appointments that have been marked as Cancel
% Late Canceled: This is the percentage of scheduled appointments that have been marked as Late Cancel
Rescheduled: This metric shows how many canceled, no-showed, or late-canceled visits were rescheduled at the time of cancellation. This specifically pulls from you or team selecting 'Yes' to the appointment rescheduled question at the time of cancellation.
% Rescheduled: This is the percentage of canceled, no-showed, and late-canceled appointments that were rescheduled at the time of cancellation.
Cancelled Not Rescheduled: This is the percentage of canceled, no-showed, and late-canceled appointments that were not rescheduled at the time of cancellation.
Dropout Rate: This rate reflects the percentage of patients scheduled that do not have future appointments scheduled.
