This report provides data on copay collection for each of your practice’s locations. The default view will show information for the last 30 days, but the date range can be adjusted as desired.
Please note that the following must be true for a copay to populate in this report:
- The patient must have a copay amount listed in their insurance details
- A copay, rather than a coinsurance or self pay amount, is due
- The appointment must be checked in
This report includes the following columns, all of which can be filtered:
Location: the associated practice location
# Total Copays Due: the total number of copays due
# Collected Copays: the total number of copays that have been collected
# Outstanding Copays: the number of copays that have not been collected (the number due minus the number collected)
$ Total Copays Due: the total amount due from copays
$ Total Copay Collected: the total amount collected from copays
$ Outstanding Copays: the total amount outstanding from uncollected copays (the amount due minus the amount collected)
% Collected: the percentage of copays collected (number collected divided by the total number)
This report can be exported as a CSV file by clicking the ‘download’ icon in the top right corner.
