This report will display information about patients whose scheduled visits have been paid, unpaid, or may have missing details. These visits do not need to be checked in to populate in this report - all appointments on the calendar associated with insurance or cash pay will populate in this report.
Please note that the report defaults to showing patients scheduled for the current day and upcoming. To retroactively see appointments that were unpaid for, you can change the filtering to be Date 'is on or before' and filter to Status is 'Unpaid'.
This report includes the following columns, all of which can be filtered:
Visit Date: the date of service associated with the charge
Patient: the patient associated with the charge
Case: the case associated with the charge
Location: the practice location associated with the charge
Type: the charge type (these will be the same as the options present in the “type” drop-down for payment collection)
Amount: the charge amount due
Status: paid or unpaid
The Type and Amount columns may display “Missing Information”
- In the Type column, this means that no copay, coinsurance, or cash pay responsibility is associated with the corresponding case
- In the Amount column, this means that there is no specified patient responsibility (i.e., the copay, coinsurance, or cash pay field amount is blank)
This report can be exported as a CSV file by clicking the ‘download’ icon in the top right corner.
